Aging population implies that there is an encouraging pattern of increased life expectancy which would further increase the demand in healthcare services. Similar to many other places, it generally takes over 2 hours to wait to consult a doctor in specialist out-patient clinics in Hong Kong. The waiting experience is perceived to be anxious, boring and time-wasting.

This visual exploration project attempts to reduce the negative impressions the elderly holds through the benefits of playfulness. It aims to ease the unpleasant ‘act of remaining inactive’ for the elderly (with long-term sickness and under non-emergency healthcare situation) in the specialist out-patient clinics. Elements of excitement, entertainment and discovery are introduced to improve the waiting experience.

Experiential Advertising
Design Research & Publication Design

The topic of consumer experiences has gradually becoming a recognised discipline in the field of marketing management over the last two decades. The purpose of this paper is to review the importance of "Experiential Marketing" in marketing communications and to identify the possible factors that construct a "pleasurable experience" from the consumer's perspective, so that promotional messages could be communicated engagingly and memorably. A model of experiential advertising design and a set of guidelines are proposed to suggest implications for marketing and design practitioners to develop an engaging and memorable advertising campaign with the focus on consumer experience.

This concept attempts to fuse reading experience with the idea of disassembling a radio, so as to work as a creative showcase of PH Media Group.

As one of the world's largest bunker and lubricant trading groups, "care for people" is one of BMS United's core values. By asking, listening and understanding, it develops strong relationships with its global partners. At BMS United, asking "How are you today?" is not a ritualised greeting, but a sincere salutation simply because BMS United "care for people" and it cares about its customers.
